Buying & Shipping In + Shipping In Only
We buy the goods for you and ship them into the country. Or you can send the items to any of our addresses and we will ship them in for you.
Are there any other hidden costs?
We do not have extra cots except as below;
- You will be charged delivery from our office to your preferred delivery location once goods arrive in Nairobi. This cost will vary based on Nature of goods, quantity and weight and distance of location.
- High value items (phones, laptops, cameras e.t.c – Small items of high value) will be charged differently. Kindly refer here for those costs >>> Click here
How long will it take to get my package?
Local delivery – This depends on the vendor from which the products are being purchased.
Shipping duration for the various locations are as follows;
USA – 15 to 22 days from shipping day. Shipments leave weekly on Tuesdays.
UK – 7 to 14 days from shipping day. Shipments leave weekly on Fridays.
China – 10 to 17 days from shipping day. Shipments leave weekly on Tuesdays. But we are not shipping from China at the moment.
Dubai – 3 to 7 days from shipping day. Shipments leave weekly on Sundays & Thursdays.
Do you repackage?
Yes. Items will be packaged in suitably sized packages in cases where this is possible / required.
Do I have to pay the amount of the product and shipping in full?
Yes. This is our internal policy for ‘Buying & shipping in only’ & ‘Shipping out’ services.
For the ‘Shipping only’ service, payment is done once goods arrive in Nairobi.
Will I be charged volumetric or actual weight?
You will be charged higher of the two for Air freight from USA, UK & China.
DUBAI ROUTE IS ONLY CHARGED ON ACTUAL WEIGHT.
What if my goods get lost or are damaged during transit?
We will refund / replace for you any lost / damaged goods.
Kindly inspect and review your items immediately they are delivered to you before the rider leaves. We will not accept liability of any damages / losses once our rider leaves.
We also won’t be liable for any losses due to wrong addressing.

We ship the goods for you from Nairobi to the country of your choice.
How long will it take for my package to arrive at the desired destination?
Shipping duration for the various locations are as follows;
USA, UK, Canada & EU – 4 to 14 days from shipping day. Shipments leave Nairobi on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, Chile & Mexico – 14 to 21 days from shipping day. Shipments leave Nairobi on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
China, Singapore, Japan & South Korea – 10 to 17 days from shipping day. Shipments leave Nairobi on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana & Egypt – 4 to 14 days from shipping day. Shipments leave Nairobi on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
Do you ship perfumes?
Unfortunately not. Perfumes, nail polish and sprays are classified as dangerous goods. We can’t ship that class of goods at the moment.
Do you ship food or food items?
