Do you ship internationally?

We are only delivering in Kenya currently.

How long will it take to get my package?

This depends on your location in Kenya. However, all orders will be delivered between 2-4 days.

What payment methods are accepted?

We are only working with Cash on Delivery at the moment.

However, we are looking into integrating other payment methods very soon.

Is buying online safe?

We assure you that we offer quality products at the best prices. In case of any defect with the item, you are allowed to return the item within 3 days of delivery for a refund (This is subject upon further inspection of the returned item).

How can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order anytime before shipment of the item.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as guest.

However, we suggest you sign up and get an account so that you do not have to re-enter your billing/shipping information in future.

Plus, when you sign up you have a better chance of being informed about awesome new arrivals.

Can I order for an item that is not on the site to be shipped into Kenya?

Yes. This is possible.
